in order to create this shoot I used two spotlights to create a bright background which helps to completely focus on the cans without causing any distraction as they are my focal point of each photograph. I used a wide aperture and high ISO to create a wide depth of field and to make my photographs as bright as possible to keep the cans as bold as possible. Within this shoot I also attempted to create comparisons between complimentary and contrasting colours and I attempted to identify what looked better with the bold colours of each of the cans.
When looking for inspiration for my shoot above I found the image above through advertisement photography by the New York beverage. This inspired me to create a high key shoot of drink cans in order to highlight contrast of colours and how some complimentary colours can work together to create a good commercial impact on viewers to make the cans look appealing like in this photograph above.
