Biscuits

When creating this shoot I used two soft boxes to attempt to create a slight shadow and bold pastel colours. I also used a high aperture to have a large depth of field and to be able to let in a large amount of light to make the photographs bright. I also used an ISO of 400 to keep the minimalism of pastel colours but to be able to keep the high level of light in most photographs. I did experiment with the settings for some photographs from this shoot to attempt to understand what settings highlighted the biscuits in a clear way therefore I altered the aperture and the ISO throughout but mainly used the settings above.

I based my shoot above on the photographic work of David Pedersen as he has captured the same colour scheme within the biscuits used in the photograph, but has still shown a clear contrast between the background colour and the biscuits used. This has also shown clear composition within the alignment of the props within the photograph and therefore caused me to use a similar background, and props but with altering composition.
